Willard Hooker (aka "The Professor") is a Callahan's patron and former expert con man. He is the husband of Maureen Hooker.
A master of disguise, he has been known to bum a light from someone he just fleeced, with the mark being none the wiser.
Hates Tony Donuts more than most other folks, with good reason.
